Duck Creek adds CamCom visual inspection to claims management

Duck Creek Technologies has partnered with CamCom to bring AI-powered visual inspection into its claims management offering across the Asia-Pacific insurance market. Integration into a core insurance platform is what turns a good damage assessment into a straight-through one. An assessment that has to be manually re-keyed into the claims system does not raise the straight-through processing rate; one that arrives natively does.
